   • handicap outhouse-almost completed, should be delivered next week
   • flag pole and flag-up
   • widening of gazebo door and construction of ramp-will be built and installed by John Ferguson in about one month
   • entrance to the Wharf property sign and buoy-up, concern raised that a longer chain may be needed for the buoy, and that a tree needs to be trimmed as it is hampering full view of sign
2. Meet and Greet-Sunday August 23, 2026-

   “That the Wharf Meet and Greet be held at the Wharf on Sunday, August 23, 2026 from 1:00-4:00 PM. Weather permitting. There is no rain date. The BBQ will begin at 1:30.

   The Responsibilities include:
   Todd Rydall-12 dozen hot dogs and buns, condiments, napkins, BBQ, table, bottled water, cooler for bottled water.
   Jo-Anne Entwistle-2 sets of tongs, calibrated food thermometer, hand wash station which includes hand soap, hand sanitizer, paper towels, container of potable water with tap, bucket for gray water, Algoma Health Unit Permit.
   -request Laird Township staff post the Meet and Greet information in the Laird Township Newsletter.
   John Hooper-fill potable water jug
   Karolina Dick-3-4 bags of ice, First Aid Kit.
   Brad Shewfelt-table and utility trailer
   Lee Ranta-name tags, 3 signs, sign in sheet, pens and pencils, stickers.
