Council Meeting Minutes – August 3, 2021

HELD VIA ELECTRONIC PARTICIPATION.

ON MOTION (No. 138-21) of Shawn Evoy, seconded by Todd Rydall that Council approves the next portion of the meeting to be closed to the public to discuss a proposed or pending acquisition of disposition of land by the municipality or local CARRIED board.
ON MOTION (No. 139-21) of Shawn Evoy, seconded by Ed Lapish that Council CARRIED returns to open meeting.
ON MOTION (No. 140-21) of Todd Rydall, seconded by Shawn Evoy that Council CARRIED declares Lot 28 and 29 of Plan 1M463 as surplus property.
ON MOTION (No. 141-21) of Shawn Evoy, seconded by Todd Rydall that Council directs Acting Clerk to make the offer as per the independent appraised value with the stipulation that Plan 1M463 Lot 29 and 28 will be joined to Lot 30 and the CARRIED owners will be responsible for ditching and all legal fees.
ON MOTION (No. 142-21) of Shawn Evoy, seconded by Frank Turco that Council CARRIED meeting be adjourned at 10: 26 a.m.
