THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF LAIRD

BEING A BY-LAW TO APPOINT AN ADDITONAL WEED INSPECTOR FOR THE TOWNSHIP OF LAIRD.

WHEREAS Section 6 (1) of the Weed Control Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. W.5, provides that the Council of a municipality shall by by-law appoint one or more persons as area weed inspectors to enforce this Act;

NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Township of Laird enacts as follows:

  1. That Ed Lapish is hereby appointed as an Area Weed Inspector for the Corporation of the Township of Laird.
  2. That this appointment is in addition to any other Weed Inspectors previously appointed by Council.
  3. That this By-law shall come into force and take effect upon final passing.
