THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF LAIRD

BEING A BY-LAW to appoint a Councillor.

WHEREAS as per Section 262 (1) of the Municipal Act, 2001, as amended, The Council of The Corporation of the Township of Laird has declared the seat of one (1) Councillor to be vacant.

AND WHEREAS Council has selected a person to fill the vacancy as per appointment Council Vacancy Policy #142-24,

NOW THEREFORE The Council of the Corporation of the Township of Laird ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:

That we confirm the appointment of Bradley Shewfelt as a Councillor for the Township of Laird.
