4. Business Arising from the Minutes
1) Caretaker Report
- March 18: Propane smell reported; issue traced to heat pump and generator lines.
- May 8: Thermostat power failure due to breaker issue.
- Ramp hole repaired; will monitor for tracking issues.
- Hall rentals remain limited.
- Defibrillator inspected and in good condition.
2) 2026 Budget and Projects

6. Correspondence
A letter was sent to Beth Coombs regarding the donated organ, which has been relocated to a church in Sault Ste. Marie.
7. Questions and Concerns
If the OHFC grant is received, a special meeting may be required to review implementation.
