SANTA’S MAILBOX

The Santa’s Mailbox is located outside the Laird Township Office. Children are invited to mail their letters to SANTA before Friday, December 17th, 2021 and SANTA will write them back.

HOLIDAY HOME DECORATING CONTEST

Contest Rules:

• Participants must reside in the Township of Laird.
• Nominations must be received by December 10th, 2021. Please submit nominations by e-mail: info@lairdtownship.ca
• Judging will take place the week of December 13th – 17th, all participants are required to have their lights and decorations in operation during judging week.
• Entries will be placed on a map to share your location for families and friends to have self-guided tours to enjoy your hard work this holiday season.
• Map link will be on our website at lairdtownship.ca after December 10th, 2021.
• Winners will be announced Monday, December 20th, 2021.
• Interested in being a judge? Please email info@lairdtownship.ca to request to be a judge.

A LITTLE SOMETHING EXTRA

Laird Recreation is handing out SIX Holiday Goodie Bags this year. If you or someone you know lives alone, has little or no family support, and could benefit from a little “pick-me-up” feel free to let the office know, you can drop the name and address in the drop box at the Township Office, phone: (705) 248-2395, or email: info@lairdtownship.ca (A draw will be held to determine who receives a bag).

Christmas Colouring Contest
