a. Bar River Hall

The hall committee is planning a Fall Supper Oct. 3, 2026

b. Finns Bay Wharf

The Outhouse still needs to be put in place and they are having another meeting Sept. 30, 2026.

c. Laird Fairgrounds

Free Access Horse Night is ongoing until end of September. Looking for someone to work the entrance table at the Swap Meet Sept. 19, 2026.

d. Laird Hall

Next meeting Sept. 22, 2026. Coffee Break being held during Sylvan Circle sponsored by the hall committee.

h. Main Recreation

Planet Youth Terms of Reference were reviewed.
