Mayor Evoy called meeting to order at 6:00 p.m.

#81-25 Moved by: Todd Rydall Seconded by: Matt Frolick BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Council hereby approves the March 26, 2025, special meeting agenda as presented, with the inclusion of a closed meeting matter to discuss a personal matter concerning an identifiable individual, including municipal or local board employees. Carried.

  • Treasurer presented information on the financial history of the fire agreement and capital expenditure costs.

#82-25 Moved by: Wayne Junor Seconded by: Matt Frolick BE IT RESOLVED THAT Council receives the correspondence dated March 21, 2025, from Macdonald, Meredith & Aberdeen Additional regarding Fire Service Agreement, Capital Commitment, and Fee-for Service Model; and further that Council requests the Clerk to contact the Macdonald, Meredith & Aberdeen Additional Clerk and following that discussion with the draft letter from Council and further request a meeting with the Macdonald, Meredith & Aberdeen Additional Mayor and Clerk to resolve the details of the agreement. Carried.

  1. a. Good Roads Conference – March 30 to April 2, 2025 #83-25 Moved by: Matt Frolick Seconded by: Todd Rydall BE IT RESOLVED THAT Council approves sending Councillor Rydall, Councillor Shewfelt and Councillor Junor to the annual Good Roads Conference from March 30 to April 2, 2025.
